Workout On Water
Stand Up Paddling is appealing to all, exhilarating, fun and packed with health and fitness benefits, they are also our chosen piece of equipment for our SUP active sessions. Incorporating developing paddling skills, ocean awareness, interval training with cardio work, on paddle boards. We challenge all aspects of your fitness, it’s your one-stop shop to a fitter you. Flexibility is the key – this fun, effective and challenging fitness class on the water and can be integrated as part of your holiday by booking one off sessions or simply when you feel like it. If the conditions are not suitable for SUP we have the option of taking our classes out in our Hawaiian Canoes. If you really want to see some gains book the four week programme option and receive discount by booking in advance.
SUP Active sessions run every Tuesday 7:15PM (1hr approx)
Equipment and wetsuits are included in the price however, if you do have your own wetsuit bring it along; it is likely to be more comfortable.
Session lasts for approximately 1hr.
Drop in for £9 per person; four week programme £7.50 per session
